All year round, following the seasons, I prepare…
what you need to enjoy!
Your breakfast is included in your reservation and will be served from 8.30am to 10am.
I offer you hot drinks (tea, coffee, hot chocolate), fruit juices, home-made jams, fresh bread, yoghurt and home-made pastries.
Cheese and cold cuts are available on request.
Whether you are a couple or a group, everything will be done to make sure you have a great time!
In mid-season breakfast is served in the dining room.
In fine weather, breakfast is served under the arbour on the terrace.
The host table
The table d’hôte is only available on reservation according to the day and the season, with fresh, local and regional products.
In the evening, depending on the season, you can enjoy the tranquillity of the dining room or the terrace ….
La Planche
A platter of local charcuterie & cheese, accompanied by a bottle of regional wine of your choice (red, rosé, white), salad, bread and water.
Partnership with the Oenologue-Fromager de Carcassonne, 3 avenue Arthur Mullot
Price: 60€ for two people

Aperitif – Main course – Dessert
accompanied by a bottle of regional wine of your choice (red, rosé, white), bread and water.
